Piccola Perla is a small but fine DTV rated 4 star holiday home in an idyllic atmosphere but still with very good transport links. The house is located at the lower end of the city Bad Sachsa. The city center is nevertheless reached in no time (also on foot or by bicycle). There you will not only find everything you need for your daily needs (groceries, toiletries, etc.) but also restaurants and ice cream parlors, a bar, souvenir shops and fashion shops as well as a ski rental. A bit further up you will also find our beautiful spa park and the Ravensberg on which you can walk or cycle wonderful from spring to autumn and in the winter tobogganing, skiing (and much more).
In addition, there is a charging station for electric cars in the city (about 1.2 km away). Here you can charge your electric car while you leisurely stroll through the city or have something to eat.
The house is newly renovated and modern and comfortably furnished. It has 2 bedrooms (the 1. Bedroom with a double bed and the second with 2 senior beds, which are height adjustable) and a living room with a couch. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a large dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. In addition, the house has a spacious bathroom with shower and an entrance hall with cloakroom. In addition, the house has a W-Lan connection and also for bed linen and towels is provided !!
In front of the house is a paved courtyard where you can park your car. As you walk around the house you will reach the courtyard from where you enter the interior of the holiday home. The courtyard is located in close proximity to the Uffe and invites you to relax with its seclusion and the surrounding nature.
