Our villa is located in one of the best locations of Bad Sachsa, the Brand. From here you have a wonderful view of the nearby forests, of the small spa town and far into the country to the forests and mountains of the southern Harz.
After the best renovation and modernization work, it will reopen its doors this year in 2018.
All construction measures were carried out with low-allergenic, low-emission and building biology measures. All floors are with oiled oak planks, the walls are provided with clay and lime plaster.
In this villa with a total of 330 square meters of living space, we rent the ground floor with 120 square meters of living space, which offers enough space for 8 people.
Four bedrooms with double beds of different sizes, two of them have an en suite shower room, the other two share a bathroom with bathtub, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and glazed veranda provide the pleasant luxury of comfortable living.
