The apartment is located in Bad Pyrmont on the ground floor of Villa Mondry, a lovingly restored art nouveau villa between 2005 and 2007.
Our barrier-free and modern furnished apartment in the basement is about 60 square meters. It offers enough space for 2 to 4 people.
The holiday apartment, completely renovated in 2013, is equipped as follows:
Living room with comfortable corner sofa, TV, dinette and kitchenette
Bedroom with double bed, two night consoles and adjoining walk-in shower
Reading room or 2. Bedroom with double sofa bed for additional 2 pers.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, water cooker, coffee machine and what you just need.
Bathroom with toilet, washing machine and washing machine.
When the weather is good, the outside space in the garden is available for 4 persons.
Although located right in the center of Bad Pyrmont, the location of the house in a small side street is extremely quiet. Apart from the apartment in the Villa Mondry, there is only one physiotherapy practice in the Hochparterre, a cosmetic studio on the first floor.
Within walking distance of the villa is the spa park (about 300 m), the Pyrmonter wave (swimming pool) (about 500 m) the castle (about 400 m) the lower main avenue (about 300 m), the Brunnenstraße (pedestrian zone, Approx. 350 m) and the Brunnenplatz (the “Hyllige Born”, approx. 600 m).
In the immediate vicinity there are smaller grocery stores, among others a 100-meter organic food store, a bakery (about 110 m), a vegetable garden (about 50 m) and the weekly market (twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays) A stone’s throw away.
