Property Description
We run a beautiful, built in 2001 holiday home for a total of 10 adults and two babies / toddlers (two cots with bedding + two high chairs, a baby swing, a seesaw & baby toys available) in the worth seeing red wine metropolis Ahrweiler. The cities of Bonn / Cologne / Koblenz can be reached in 20 or 40 minutes.
The approximately 190 m² house is located away from the hustle and bustle about 2 km above the historic city center Ahrweiler, in the green resort area “Godenelter”, located in the middle of the forest. We have a carport and plenty of space for more cars.
The house has two separate apartments (2-4 persons / 6 persons) with separate entrances. If required, however, these apartments can be interconnected, so that the whole house can be used together for 10 people.
It is high quality and lovingly furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture and has two bathrooms (both with windows, one with toilet / sink / shower – one with toilet / bidet / sink / shower and large corner bath) and an additional guest toilet. A magnificent fireplace in the spacious living room conjures up wonderful winter evenings. Firewood can be purchased cheaply through us.
Both apartments have underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor is a 1.60 m wide double bed and a very comfortable and high quality double sofa bed available.
In the 2. Upstairs are three bright and nicely furnished double rooms with different equipment and beds of different sizes (1.40 m / 1.60 m / 1.90 m)
The mattresses are all new and comfortable.
Pets are allowed. Smokers too, but only on the terrace, as it is a non-smoking house. People who do not like animals, do not even read further, because they are expressly NOT welcome!
The house has several terraces and balconies (covered), which are equipped with patio furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, etc. Furthermore, we offer you a large garden where you can sunbathe, play, barbeque and relax. The property covers about 1000 m² and is directly adjacent to the forest. In the mornings or evenings you are often visited by wildlife such as deer, foxes, rabbits and squirrels. Bird lovers will also get their money.
A small saloon bar with fridge is available during the summer months and invites you to enjoy convivial evenings in Western style.
Play equipment (kicker, badminton, Frisbee etc.) can be borrowed free of charge from us. As well as dog and cat baskets as well as all sorts of utensils around the animal.
Rodent cages are also available, so that colleague Langohr can also go on holiday with us and does not have to stay at home.
Dog cat mouse: everything is allowed.
From the year 2019 you can even bring your horse / horses and hire them in our stable. Beautiful racetracks are waiting to be explored by you.
Bed linen, towels, bath carpet, hair dryer and everything else you need in everyday life, such as liquid soap, toilet paper, facial tissues, dishcloths & tea towels, dish soap and toilets and a fully equipped shoe cleaning box are included and of course included in the price.
Also available is a large selection of board games, jigsaw puzzles and a library for adults and one for children.
Boredom even in rainy weather is there no indication!
