Property Description
The apartment is completely and tastefully furnished and consists of bedroom, living room with open kitchen / dining room, bathroom and hallway. The living space is about 65 square meters.
The rental price refers to the occupancy of the apartment with one person, each additional adult is charged with 10, – € per night. Children under 18 stay free. A deposit of € 50, – will be charged upon arrival.
In the bedroom there is a double bed which can be separated into two single beds, in the living room a guest bed for a third person can be provided.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils (crockery / cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, toaster) and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with W-LAN. A cot and a high chair are also available on request. The beautiful garden can be shared by the tenant.
Within walking distance are all shops for daily needs (eg. REWE, bakers, butchers) as well as various restaurants and pubs (for example, traditional cider pub, pizzeria, German restaurant). Joggers and walkers are in about 2 minutes on the Nidda and the very beautiful and spacious park area located there.
Distances: A subway station is about 10 minutes walk away. This will take you to the trade fair and city center in about 15 minutes, and the main train station in about 20 minutes. By car it is about 15 minutes to the fair, downtown and central station. Also easy to reach are the Northwest Hospital and the university grounds at Riedberg. Parking is free on the street.
