Our lovingly furnished apartment is designed for 1-2 people and very conveniently located to the city center, exhibition center, central station and zoo. A tram stop is in front of the house.
For shorter stay for 3 person we have new comfort guest bed 80×190 cm for an extra charge.
For toddlers up to 3 years we have new travel cot for free-
You can use a new and a second-hand bike (who are fit to drive) in Karlsruhe – free of charge
Modern, newly renovated apartment with separate kitchen, new bathroom with shower. Great new boxspring 1.80 m x 2.00. Internet with WLAN. An underground space is included (duplex height 1. 55m) from which you directly to the elevator to the apartment passes (. 1 OG).
In the basement there is a bicycle storage room and a room for drying the laundry. In the same street Laundromat Exclusiv is because you get your laundry clean low.
Bed linen / towels / dishes / pots / microwave / all there.

It is definitely NOT a party location! Lunch and sleep must be observed! It is a Non smoking apartment! On the terrace you are welcome to smoke (with closed patio door). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the house!
