Our newly renovated 4-star apartment “Luchs 1” is located at the gateway to the Harz National Park. Comfortably furnished, 50 square meters, it offers enough space for 2 people and 1 child. A travel cot and a highchair are available. The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom / WC, hall and balcony with unobstructed panoramic view. SAT color flat screen TV with triple tuner, stereo system, Blue-Ray player and a self-dialing radio telephone with flatrate (German landline) are available.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, such as fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker and kitchen radio, kettle and toaster, and dishes for 6 people.
For your laptop, tablet or smartphone we have fast VDSL WLAN ready for free.
For your car (not off-road vehicle) we have a car garage or a parking space ready.
We have equipped our apartment so that you feel comfortable as our guests and enjoy all sorts of comforts.
In the immediate Waldrandlage enjoy pure holiday. Here you have the opportunity for walking, jogging, hiking, horse riding, golf, cross-country skiing and much more.
The rental of our apartment is done all year. In high season the minimum stay is one week. The arrival and departure is Saturday or Sunday. Low season by arrangement.
Upon arrival, our apartments are available from 16 clock, on departure please vacate no later than 10am.
