The health resort of Bad Dürrheim is around eight kilometres south of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. The resort is in a convenient position between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Bad Dürrheim is well known for its many hours of sun per year. At an altitude of 940 metres it is the highest health resort in Europe. Youll find delightful areas here with extensive walking trails and cycle routes. You can also enjoy winter sports within around twenty kilometres. There are plenty of interesting and attractive places within easy reach. Lake Constance is sixty kilometres away, the historic city of Freiburg is eighty kilometres and Lake Schluch is forty kilometres. All homes have interiors based on a sports theme. You can enjoy the complex’s climbing wall, archery, whirlpool and sauna free of charge. The Solemar Health Centre is just 400 metres away and you can enjoy a wide range of wellness activities there. All in all this resort and area is a perfect combination of sports, beautiful scenery and interesting places to visit.
