The separate entrance leads to the garden and has a small balcony as well as a comfortable sitting area in front of the house with a panorama view of the mountains. As the location is calm with little traffic, comprises a large garden and is surrounded by fields, the house is also very suitable for children that can move around freely.
Environment: The countryside is very appealing and relaxing. The air is unique and contributes very much to a fast and enduring relaxation. A special experience are the mountains and the routes around Oberperfuß. Ideal for hiking, tracking, mountain biking and skiing. You can rent bikes at a bike rental 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Eating & drinking: There is a wide variety of restaurants and mountain hats in the environment. On site we provide a list with information. A supermarket (M-Preis) with a large and high-quality assortment of products can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.
In late autum 2016 the house got renovated inside completely, rebuilt partly and the kitchens and bathrooms got reneved totally.
