Our new approx. 85 m² large, detached single-family holiday home ‘Huus Düörpm’ with approx. 440 m² of land can accommodate 4 people (each additional person on request). It was completed in February 2017 and is located at the lake in Tannenhausen and has a private beach especially for the tenants of the cottages in this almost completed holiday development.
Over a small bridge you reach from our house the private beach and the 3 minutes away swimming pool with playground, boat and bicycle rental. Similarly, a beach cafe offers opportunities for eating, drinking and lingering. Anglers are not too short here. The highlight is the 2016 water ski complex with beach bar for adults and children !!
The environment is wonderful. It offers well-developed cycling and hiking trails to relax. For horse lovers is the “Reiterhof Muecke” in the immediate vicinity! Excursions possible from Norddeich by ferry to the island of Norderney, Langeoog, Juist and the seal banks. Greetsiel is also worth a day trip. Cities for shopping Aurich, Leer, Wittmund and Emden. A special highlight nearby: the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg.
Now to our house: On the ground floor is a large living-dining area with 2 separate exits to the garden and the terrace. Furthermore, there is a separate, open kitchen and a bathroom / WC with barrier-free shower. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The house has underfloor heating and a woodburning stove, is fully refurbished and fully equipped with:
Living / dining room: corner sofa with side table, dining table for up to 8 people, sideboard, large flat-screen satellite TV, woodburning stove,
2 bedrooms: one with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and large flat-screen satellite TV, bedside tables and the other with 2 single cabins with a pull-out bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and also with bedside tables, satellite TV, CD player.
Kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and food processor.
Additionally: washing machine, ironing board with iron, children’s high chair, baby cot. 2 aluminum bicycles, these can be booked as well as W-Lan optional.
The garden house has a garden table with 4 chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
There are 2 parking spaces available on the property.
Price in high season up to 4 persons (holidays) 80, – € per day, outside 65, – € per day, (each additional person 10, – € / day) final cleaning 60, – €, towels and bed linen are to bring, if necessary to be booked.
