The largest and very attractive apartment is on the first Floor of our house, which consists of 3 apartments.

In the attic is still an apartment with 2 beds, sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom tops.
The property is located in the Bavarian district of Friedberg Wulfertshausen, just 5 km from Bavaria’s third largest city, Augsburg. The Fugger city, one of the oldest cities in Germany, is always worth a visit. The historic old town or the romantic Christmas market invite you to stroll and linger. Furthermore Friedberg is located directly on the “Romantic Road”, the oldest, most famous and popular tourist route in Germany.
This performs the Bavarian Swabia to Füssen to the famous castles of King Ludwig, like Neuschwanstein or Linderhof.
Thanks to the nearby motorway is our state capital Munich in just 30 minutes.
