It has two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with seating and a large living room with dining area and a fantastic view of vineyards, the red wine village Assmannshausen and the Rhine. The famous Rheinsteig leads directly past the house, the hunting castle Niederwald can be reached on foot or with the Assmannshäuser chairlift. The village of Assmannshausen invites you to relax with some restaurants and bars. Rüdesheim am Rhein is only 8 minutes away from Assmannshausen, and trains run every hour from the end of October to the end of October in the romantic UNESCO World Heritage site “Oberes Mittelrheintal” with its numerous castles and wine villages. In Rüdesheim am Rhein you will find as many restaurants, as well as numerous shopping and supermarkets.
Guests have their own terrace with furniture and a charcoal grill.
