Property Description
The apartment is located on the first floor of our house. It is an independent apartment with a landing door. So you are totally for yourself. Generous was for us, for the rental an absolute “MUST”.
The apartment consists of a kitchen (fully equipped), a dining room with woodburning stove, a TV room, a large bathroom, 2bedrooms and a very well developed attic studio. The attic studio is an absolute highlight for us. It is just beautiful with TV, stereo, 1 desk and a panoramic view of the Ruhr valley and the forest. Internet connection, washing machine and dryer, of course, are available.
The Arnsberg forest with all its beauty, can be reached in about 3 to 5 minutes. The apartment has its own “garden” with barbecue, patio and fireplace. The “garden” is not visible from the outside and is part of the rental, just the tenant. A car port is also available only for the tenants.
We are fortunate that we can live very quietly, yet still have all sorts of attractions around.
Much is possible directly in our village, or rather quickly. This diversity refers to both summer activities and winter activities (such as Z. B. Winter sports). The winter sports areas are relatively easy to reach. The reservoirs (Möhnesee, Hennesee and Sorpesee) also. We are about 600 meters away from the very popular Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. From here, several destinations can be reached by bike.
We are just “CENTERDRIN”.
