Property Description
The apartment with about 130 square meters is located in an old mansion, located in more than 100 years in the family. The house was completely renovated in 2001 and offers central heating, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. You live in the house during your stay alone.
The apartment is on the 1st and 2nd Floor, a lift is available. The rooms are stylishly furnished, the spacious living / dining room and bedroom each have a balcony with 13 sqm, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer, toaster, etc. If you want to cook, you can use a fully stocked amenities including spices, vinegar and oil. If you are traveling with small children, we always provide you with a high chair and a cot. An extensive library available for bookworms. Towels and sheets are provided completely. The towels are changed after a week. For the small laundry in between you can use the washing machine.
In the spacious garden, sun loungers invite you to relax. If you have small children, maybe they will be delighted with a climbing frame with a swing.
They also have free access to the lido “Christa Bad”, which can be reached in about 10 minutes. The water temperature is very pleasant throughout the summer. In a short distance there is the possibility for water skiing, tennis and horse riding, as is a sailing school at the site. The Ossiachersee-Marine learn a new view of the surroundings.
Around Ossiach see multiple objectives for walks and bike tours, guides and maps are in the house for you. Grandiose views can be enjoyed from the Gerlitzen, which can also be reached easily with the Kanzelbahn (walk 10 min.). The summit is also a popular starting point of paragliders. Other nearby attractions are z. B. the Landskron Castle with a large bird of prey show and the monkey mountain, where you move in the midst of Japanese macaques. Especially for children there are interesting destinations such as Elli Riehl`s Puppenwelt or Alpenwildpark Feld am See.
