Property Description
Our wooden house has room for max. 8 people and invites you to relax and unwind in the Salzburg ‘Dolomites’ one.
A few steps from the slope is, allowing a more convenient and direct entry into the family-friendly ski resort Dachstein West. The ski area Annaberg – Zwieselalm – Rußbach – Gosau has 150 km of slopes, 46 modern cable cars and ski lifts, 200km sun trails and 150 km.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with space for boots, clothing, etc., a cloakroom, a bathroom, a living-dining area with a table for 10 people and a couch with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. In summer the terrace invites you to sunbathe. The indoor swimming pool of the Alpine village (free use) is about 100 meters away.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and another bathroom.
Facility: In the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc.) can be prepared fresh daily meals, or just visit one of the nearby restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine.
Two bathrooms in the house (one with bath, one with shower) provide relaxation in the morning. In the evening you can make yourself in the living area at the large dining table (10 persons) or the couch curl up (with TV), where a gas fireplace Wohlfühlatmosphere awakened.
Heating is by gas, in the bedrooms but there are also electric heaters for extreme cold winter nights. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
Other: Two parking spaces (outdoor) are outside the house, for the skis, there are lock devices directly to the house wall.
In the main building of the Alpine village is an indoor swimming pool and sauna, which can be used by our guests. A small shop for purchases in between is also located in the main house, numerous shopping You can not start there in the towns of Annaberg and Abtenau (10-20min away).
Pets are not allowed!
Environment: Ski rental, ski school, ticket sales in the immediate vicinity. More offers like sleigh rides, hikes and more you can discover on the spot.
