Enjoy a luxury holiday right by the sea, surrounded by magnificent fjord and mountain scenery! If you rent 88280 + 28041 + 28042 + 18869 you will in total have room for 41 people in the same place, 200 meters apart. A double door connects 28041 and 28042. There is a focus on top quality throughout the whole house, with new furniture in 2006. From the 30 m2 large balcony, 50% built into the living room and 50% hanging over the sea, enjoy the panoramic view like on a cruise ship of the fjord and the mountains behind. The back wall of the balcony is all glass, giving you the same view inside the living room. Below the house is a 800 m2 large yard and 200 m2 wooden terrace. In addition there is a 10.000 m2 outdoors communal space for playing football etc. 40 meters to a 200 m2 communal terrace with a beach, covered outdoors grill with bar, pavilion and sun chairs. From June 1st to September 6th, the swimming pool (80 meters away) is open from 12 – 18.00 every day, shared with 18869, 28041 and 88280. It is 50 m² and heated to 24 – 28 Celsius. You can rent a grill-hut in the communal area for NOK 1000 (and deposit NOK 1000 where you clean yourself or NOK 500 in final cleaning), and a whirlpool/massage bath for up to 6 people on a terrace by the fjord for NOK 2000 per week or NOK 1000 for a day, and NOK 500 for filter, chemicals, etc. and a cinema/conference room with 16 comfortable leather chairs for NOK 5000 per week, if you contact the local office directly. The beach is sheltered by a large private pier, great for fishing. Several 16 ft boats with 15 hp motors for rent. You can rent two Øien 620F 21 ft boats with 50 hp Suzuki DF50ATL 4-stroke motor, Garmin Echo map 72SV chartplotter/GPS/sonar, control panel, fishpot hook and 6 rod holders. Jet skis can be rented at NOK 800 per 30 minutes (deposit NOK 4000) with training. NB! Book boats, canoes and kayaks at the same time as you book the house, to make sure you get the activities you want. Life jackets for adults are available for rent. A fish cleaning table can be found in an annex 30 meters from the house. The boats are located in a private harbour by the fjord. The fjord has plenty of fish, lobster and crabs. Only 5-10 minutes by boat to some of Norways best fishing spots! Salmon river 22 km. The trout lake Målsvatnet 9 km. Eidsvåg town center 3 km. All single beds can be combined and one double bed can be split up.
