If you rent 88280 + 28041 + 28042 + 18869 you will in total have room for 41 people in the same place, 200 meters apart. 28041 and 28042 has a double door connecting the houses. Below the house is a 420 m2 large lawn and 80 m2 wooden terrace. 10.000 m2 communal space. 30 meters to communal 200 m2 terrace with a beach, outdoors covered grill with bar, pavilion and sun chairs. From June 23rd to September 6th, the swimming pool (20 meters away) is open from 12 – 18.00 every day, shared with 18869, 28041 and 88280. NB! The pool may not be ready to open by this date if the temperature is not high enough. It is 50 m² and heated to 24 – 28 Celsius. You can rent a grill-hut in the communal area for NOK 1000 (and deposit NOK 1000 where you clean after use or NOK 500 in for cleaning), and a whirlpool/massage bath for up to 6 people on a terrace by the fjord for NOK 2000 per week or NOK 1000 for a day, deposit NOK 2000, in addition to NOK 500 in start costs (filter and chemicals) if you contact the local office directly. The beach is sheltered by a large private pier, great for fishing. Several 16 ft boats with 15 hp are available for rent You can also rent two Øien 620F 21 ft boats with 50 hp Suzuki DF50ATL 4-stroke motor, Garmin Echo map 72SV chartplotter/GPS/sonar, control panel, fishpot hook and 6 rod holders. Jet skis can be rented at NOK 800 per 30 minutes (deposit NOK 4000) with training. NB! Book boats, canoes and kayaks at the same time as you book the house, to make sure you get the activities you want. Life jackets for adults are available for rent. A fish cleaning table can be found in an annex 30 meters from the house. The boats are located in a private harbour by the fjord. The fjord has plenty of fish, lobster and crabs. Only 5-10 minutes by boat to some of Norways best fishing spots! Salmon river 22 km. The trout lake Målsvatnet 9 km. Eidsvåg town center 3 km. The single beds can be combined and the double beds can be split apart.
