The location of this wonderful 170 m² large holiday home, which was converted with great attention to detail in 2016, is absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by a property of 1100 m² with its own spring and the adjacent mountain woods and alp meadows, you’ll enjoy complete tranquillity and freedom. The Almhaus combines its authentic alpine character with a cosy, luxurious and sustainable lifestyle. The ground floor features a beautiful, very spacious living room with a cosy wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a large, partially covered terrace. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with a large double bed and the option to add extra beds and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and an infrared sauna, as well as an extra toilet. A covered balcony makes the holiday home complete. The cellar houses ski storage facilities including heated ski boot holders as well as storage space for bikes and hiking gear. During the summer, the house makes an ideal starting point for walking and mountain biking trips or a day trip to the beautiful town of Lienz. National park municipality Großkirchheim offers various recreational activities, including a natural pool, sports facilities and many tourist attractions. The 1600-metre Neunbrunnen waterfall is a sight to behold. Located 300 m away, it’s where this house gets its name: Neunbrunnwirt. During the winter, this is an excellent ski holiday destination with Heiligenblut ski resort and numerous ski routes and snowshoe walks nearby. The fresh air, beautiful nature, and peace and quiet make for a wonderful holiday. Please note: Due to the location of this house in the mountains, no TV reception is possible, a TV is not available. The last kilometer of the driveway to this house is a forest road, of which about 500m with gravel flooring. These may not be possible to drive in the winter under extreme weather conditions. In winter a car with four-wheel drive is in advantage, but snow chains are mandatory!
