The cozy wooden house is located just a few meters from the natural beach in Altwarp and is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The lovingly furnished house in the Nordic style offers enough space for up to 6 people and an extra baby bed.
It is on the ground floor with a combined living room and bedroom with fireplace, a galley kitchen, a spacious bathroom with 2 washers, shower and tub, and washing machine.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a hallway with double sofa bed, and a small sitting area under the pitched roof.
On the lower floor there is a separate room with sleeping facilities for 2 persons.
Enjoy relaxing holidays in this cozy house, either in the hot summer days when it is not far to the beach or in the winter mood in front of a hot cup of cocoa or a nice wine in front of the fireplace.
Also to be physically active, the house offers the ideal location. In winter you can start with cross-country skis, sledges or ice skates, in summer with your own bicycles, or with your own surfing gear – a shed on the property offers plenty of space to house or dry the equipment.
In the garden there is a sandpit for the little ones, garden furniture to eat outside in good weather, a grill udn fire pit, and garden chairs to relax properly.
The autumn days are even more popular, when the deer start just a few yards away from the rut and the autumn foliage shines in all colors – then you can find many mushrooms in the adjoining woods, take part in hunts, or try new recipes in the fully equipped kitchen ,
Let your eyes wander over the Szczecin Lagoon towards Usedom in the evening light.
