Property Description
The apartment is located in a renovated in 2017 historic brick house in the quiet village Broock, which is located between the cities Luebz (5 km) and Plau am See (10 km). Opposite in the village is an old stone church, which can be visited on request. It is only 2.2 km or 4 minutes by car to the bathing spot on Lake Kritzow.
The minimum rental period of the apartment is 2 days.
The apartment has a parking space in front of the door and a separate entrance with 5 steps (not suitable for wheelchairs) and views of the large garden.
Our large garden is at your disposal and offers various seats, parasol and two comfortable garden loungers with cushions. A barbecue is available. On two fenced meadows often graze the 3 ponies of our neighbor (sh. Images). Just outside the fenced garden is a sand playground with swings, seesaw and slide.
The cozy living-bedroom is bright and friendly furnished with solid wood furniture. Large double bed, each with a bedside table and lamp. Sideboard and double-door wardrobe. The couch serves as a sleeping accommodation for the child (up to 8 years) or it can be set up a separate cot for the baby.
In the hall there is a wardrobe, a shoe bank
and as additional storage space a large mirror cabinet with 6 compartments.

The kitchen is equipped with a large table, 3 chairs, a 2-plate hob, microwave with hot air and grill, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine, crockery and cutlery for 4 people.
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower without step, vanity with 3-part mirror cabinet, toilet and natural light. Furthermore, a bathroom cabinet for towels, an ironing board with iron and a stool for sitting.
If desired, you can store your bikes in an extra lockable room. Bike rental on request!

Activities: If you love water sports, then you can virtually swim in front of the door in the very clean Kritzowsee with bathhouse and lawn or live on Lake Plau in sailing, boating and canoeing and also for fishing offers the lake ideal conditions. Also popular are the tours around the Plauer See by bike or the round bus with an open top or hiking tours in the beautiful nature of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Nearby you will also find beautiful destinations such as the popular Bear Forest and Monkey Forest, a summer toboggan run, a new climbing park and a Schauimkerei, just to name a few. In the fall is mushroom season, here you can go mushroom picking in the woods near the apartment.
