The chalet offers already from the outside by its fantastic location right on the trail Flößer path and the Kinzigtal bike path. The beautiful outdoor area of ??our house with large garden, barbecue, breakfast terrace and playground is just as exceptional as the high quality modern equipment.
Our cottage has on 300sqm of living space over five bedrooms and two suites. Comfortable box spring beds guarantee the best conditions for a restful sleep. The two suites are also equipped with sofa beds and sitting areas. One of the suites has a private balcony, a TV and a gallery with an extra bed. The other suite has access to a terrace and a cozy reading area.
The highlight of the house is the spacious, modern and top-equipped kitchen with island. Facilities include besides two ovens, extra large induction hob and a two-door refrigerator with ice maker. From the bright and comfortable dining out, one has views of the large flat screen TV behind the kitchen island. Convivial cooking workshops and shared meals are possible in an intimate environment. From the dining area you reach the terrace with morning sun. You start the day with a breakfast overlooking the green.
In the garden of our little guests playground invites to play and run.
A barbecue with seating guarantees cozy hours around the campfire.
The four bathrooms are modern and tastefully fitted.
The best entertainment is in the living room: a 55-inch Smart TV and a PlayStation 4 warmed to you, as well as the cozy spacious couch. In the adjacent hobby room a table football and a dartboard are waiting for you.
As a starting point for hiking our holiday home is ideally suited. In about 30 minutes away (on the raft path) there is a quaint Vesperstube (Vogtsmichelhof) and a restaurant with great bowling alley (lower mill).
