We have been awarded a four-edelweiss rating by the Association of Private Room Renters.
This house will inspire you. It is located on the sunny side of the Alpbachtal, 1,100 m above the town of Alpbach. Our farmstead is near the country house, containing a large holiday apartment that is also super for 2-3 families. Children can visit the animals in the stables or ride the ponies. Bed linen, as well as hand, dish, and bath towels, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror and a ski show dryer are provided in the house. You can test your fitness level in the gym. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities: a fridge-freezer combination toaster, coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a fume hood, dishwasher, a four-hob ceramic stovetop and baking oven, as well as pans and crockery for 12 people. The sauna is in the apartment and only for guests staying there. Parasols and lounge chairs await you in the garden. The location is peaceful and sunny. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and the town of Alpbach. The living room has a stereo system and a TV. This country house is also ideal for older guests who are looking for peace and quiet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies. Come and experience pure enjoyment in beautiful Alpbach.

Holiday weeks in 2016: from January 2-9, January 30-February 6, and February 13-20 (up to 6 people): €1,200/wk
During Christmas and New Year’s, we only rent for 14-day stays!
A one-time charge of €80 for final cleaning and tourist taxes will be charged separately!
No pets allowed!
