A cozy and very warm apartment with a gorgeous panoramic view of the mountains. Within walking distance: Mega shopping center, First President Park, boutiques and supermarkets, restaurant gallery, beauty salons, cinemas, Happylon play park, bank, and exchange offices. For activity lovers, within 15-20 minute drive there’s the beautiful mountain gorge of Almarasan, on the way to which you’ll see many open-air cafs and restaurants, and the TAU SPA Center, well known to all the city’s residents, is also there.
The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: all domestic appliances, cable TV, internet, A/C, daily essentials, and clean bedding and towels. The apartment can accommodate 5 people.
Our apartments are cleaned by professionals, therefore, we can guarantee the cleanliness! Linen and towels are perfectly white, disposable hygiene items are available (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.). Not available for one night, by the hour or for parties.
Scheduled check in: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM on the next day. Any payment method, full package of documents for the business travellers. We provide transfers if necessary.

Upon checking-in you should make a DEPOSIT, which our manager will return after your check-out after an inspection of the apartment. For long-term stays, we provide a free cleaning service and change of linen once every seven days.
