The newly renovated apartment is located in Schulstraße 7 in 90584 Allersberg near Nuremberg.
In our 110 m² apartment on the 2nd floor you will find everything to make yourself comfortable and to feel at home. In the apartment there is a fully equipped Alno fitted kitchen (with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer etc.), a daylight bathroom with large corner bath, a new walk-in shower, a separate toilet, 1 large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and max. 3 single beds (90 x 200cm), the double bed but is separated by a wall unit from the single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) on request with a cot. In addition, there is a small bedroom with a futon bed (140 x 200cm), which is expressly only suitable for a maximum of 2 children.
Another small bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200cm) you can book on request. This is located outside the apartment.
The center of the apartment is the large living room with dining area. There is a 40 “HD flat screen TV with which you can receive many national and international TV channels and radio stations via Smart APP. You can also use your own accounts for Amazon Prime, Netflix and all other apps.
We have a large garden with trampoline and playground (knight’s castle with slide and sandpit) and many playground equipment for our guests.
It is explicitly a Non smoking apartment! Smoking is only permitted in the garden.
Sauna: We have a Klafs sauna in the house, which is exclusively available to our guests. The fee incl. Cleaning the sauna and the accompanying bath is 15 euros.
Garden: We have a large child-friendly garden with lots of facilities and seating areas. You can barbecue or relax in the sitting area by the pond. If you like it sporty, you can jump on a trampoline and our little castle has its castle with slide, bird’s nest swing and sandpit at your disposal. We also have a campfire and a cottage garden. Let the children raspberries and strawberries snacking and see, does not grow the vegetables in the supermarket.
We have 3 children at the age of 8, 10 and 12 years and are always happy about guests with children. Cots, highchairs and toys available.
The Playmobil Fun Park, the Nuremberg Zoo and many other attractions around Nuremberg and the Franconian Lake District errichen in a few minutes.
Terms Apartment Lindenhof
First For rent is a furnished apartment “Lindenhof” school Straße 7, 90584 Allersberg.

12th After the completion of the apartment accommodation is inspected by the owner or his agent. If the cleaning effort considerably higher than that of a normal cleaning (broom purity), the additional costs incurred by the lessee are to be paid additionally. For example, the dishes must be washed and acknowledged all used technical equipment (oven, coffee machine, toaster …) must be clean, all furniture must be in place and it needs to be cleaned up (including toys, books, DVDs).
13th Claims for damages are excluded, irrespective of the nature of the breach, unless intentional or grossly negligent. This also applies to torts. 14th Changes and additions to this Agreement must be in writing. If any provision of this Agreement be or become invalid or should be in the contract a gap, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision or to fill the gap, an appropriate provision that, to the extent legally possible, comes closest to what the parties had intended or about the meaning and purpose of the contract would have wanted if they had considered the matter.
