We organize almost anything for you and the right on our doorstep.

The apartment is handicapped-accessible (without stairs access)!
Should you arrive by train, we offer a collection service by arrangement.
The apartment has a living room with an open, modern kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom
and a terrace with river views, and a patio in the backyard. There is also access to the laundry room with washing machine to exclusive use and access to the wine cellar.
All technical equipment, furniture, carpets, pleated blinds, lamps, mattresses, towels and linens are new. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment, ashtrays for outdoor use are however available. Electric shutters. Parking outside the door for free.

Eat-in kitchen with new fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with 3 star freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee maker (filters), toaster & kettle, dishes and pots etc. enough for 4 people. Dining table and 4 chairs. Waste containers with waste separation system.

Bright living room with comfortable couch and coffee table for relaxing, low-Board, Full HD LED TV mounted with integrated receiver wirelessly to the wall, hi-fi Micro, Blu-ray player / DVD player and Playstation. Books, Blu-Rays, DVDs, games and information pack also available. Free Wi-Fi!

Box spring (140 x 200 cm) with comfortable pillows and two large blankets, sheets incl. 2 shelves with modern reading lamps, wardrobe, full length mirror + stool. Art!
