The modern and tastefully furnished apartment can accommodate 2 to 3 people and a toddler and is equipped with a lot of love with everything you would expect from a nice apartment. A beautiful double room with space for a cot and a sofa bed in the spacious living area provide space to relax. The bright living and dining area invites you to be comfortable together and linger. The kitchen is equipped with care with refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine and everything you need to cook and eat. The bathroom has a large shower and a sink with mirror cabinet. Towels and a hair dryer are available. WC and bathroom are separate. A flat screen TV, CD player and bed linen complement the decor of the apartment. A free parking lot is located at the house. The apartment is located in a Mehrgenerationenhaus on the first floor. There is no lift. We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair for free.
We, your landlord live with you in the house and are always available for questions and information.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and to allow all guests a pleasant time with us, pets are not allowed.
Our younger guests, under 6 years live free of charge with us.
For the final cleaning a flat rate of 50 € will be charged. Check In from 4.00 pm & Check Out until 11. 00 am
