A stylish temporary home – that’s what you’ll find in the Schönbuch, perfectly located between Stuttgart (Messe) and Tübingen, on short distances from Filderstadt, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Böblingen, Messe Sindelfingen and the Aichtal. Stuttgart city center can be reached by car in good traffic conditions in about half an hour. A trip there by public transport (bus and train) is possible.
Our 4 1/2-room apartment (total. 110 m²) with all comfort is newly renovated and fully equipped. It is located in a quiet residential area near the forest, the forest bird downtown with shops and restaurants and the bus stop are within a 10 min. to reach. All rooms are beautifully decorated.

The apartment is built in maisonette style on two floors and the first floor of a beautifully decorated living / dining room, a balcony, an ultra-modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and large fridge-freezer, bathroom with natural light, large walk-in shower, bath and heated towel rail and a bedroom with 1. 40 m wide bed and a large, four-door wardrobe.
On the second floor (attic) is a light-filled large studio with double bed (1st 80 m wide), dresser and beautiful work, and a sofa bed, a gallery with reading area and a smaller bright room with a single bed (1 meter wide) and a small Closet. Upon request, a cot can still be delivered. We offer free wireless Internet, TV and CD player.
In all three bedrooms of the apartment smoke detectors are installed.
The apartment with max. 5 persons are occupied. This apartment is a Non smoking apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony or in the garden behind the house. Pets are not allowed. Parking spaces (also for larger vehicles) are on the street in the immediate vicinity of the apartment sufficiently available.
Our apartment is representative and large enough to receive business partners or sometimes invite friends to dinner (no parties allowed).
In summer, the garden can be used behind the house, where there’s a nice patio, a barbecue is also available. In the shed own bikes can be parked.
The famous Outlet City Metzingen and the biosphere reserve Swabian Alb are not far away! In Waldenbuch you can discover a lot, for example, the chocolate firm Ritter Sport and its unique art museum including chocolates or the “museum of everyday culture” in the castle in the city center. The public golf course Schaichhof (Golf Club Schönbuch) is beautifully situated and is only 8 km from the apartment!
