• From the terrace a somewhat steeper slope goes into the garden – please note this if you have small children.

• The road to the ski lift, ski school, ski passes principle walk (800m). However, there is a steep rise between the house and the ski lift. With ski boots and children, the car is possibly necessary despite the relatively short distance.

BY CAR from Munich center in 1h. 21 minutes from the house (87km), from Innsbruck center in 46 minutes to the house (54km).

BY PLANE Munich airport (92km), or Innsbruck Airport (60km). From there take a taxi – or by train.

BY TRAIN to Jenbach / Austria (19km) from there by taxi or bus to the station ATT Achenkirch carpentry. From there about for 1000m to the house – including a steep rise in the house. Alternatively, take the train to Lenggries / Germany (32km) or Tegernsee / Germany (35km) and from there by taxi.
