This is a 400-year old farm ensemble, which step by step with caution is restored. The owner is therefore selective and forgives his farm only to guests who appreciate the old and live for the new. Gleichgesinnnte show their attachment to the land like by wearing the Community-Shirts (available in the online shop).
Of the three buildings (picturesque scenery) is currently the main house available. This was top-renovated in the summer of 2013 and has pretty much about everything that a cottage heart desires:
A well-equipped and extremely comfortable Rauchkuchl for cooking together and connected to it a dining room for gourmands
A truly original Tiroler Stuben (Attention: no kitsch) with wonderfully simple oven (once fired keeps the heat up to 12 hours)
5 Cozy, sunny rooms (4 doubles, 1 twin) equipped with old and partly curious furniture
A small wine cellar (self-recording) and a spacious pantry
Free WiFi, but no TV!
Separate men’s and women toilet and a washroom with shower incl. Floor Heating
Infrared panels in the rooms provide a similar stove round for comforting and healthy heat
Firewood is prepared in the threshing floor – who wants can also like some chopping wood (at your own risk 😉
Year-round accessible by car, parking next to the house; Bus stop around the corner
Sheets (color system, allergy-free) and towel can be provided at an additional cost
Contact persons are accessible for check-in and check-out on the spot and otherwise well
No question, this is luxury with a difference! But let to any misunderstanding: we are talking of a lodge atmosphere with character – the ambience simple and genuine, the furniture creaks, the entablature is creaking and the prospect: indescribable! A hut experience in a class.
