The concept of Diggerland was born a few years ago and realised in 2001. This park in Devon followed the one which had opened in Kent the year before. Children (and adults) alike have continued to be fascinated with the machinery and the rest is Diggerland history. Take the opportunity to ride some of the many different types of construction machinery, including dumper trucks, mini diggers and giant diggers. There are plenty of fully trained instructors on hand to ensure safety at all times, they can even explain how the machines work for those whose interests are of the mechanical persuasion.
