Description
Get behind the scenes at the incredible Wildlife Heritage Centre in Kent, where you can experience being a Big Cat keeper for the day. You'll be shown all you need to know about the maintenance of these magnificent creatures, and about how the Wildlife Heritage Centre are doing their very best to protect them. You'll even get to the opportunity to hand feed one of the cats, under the expert eye of one of the centre's keepers, as well as being given a guided tour of the WHC, which is not normally open to the public.
Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. You are free to contact the supplier to book a date for your experience. Please note: this experience is not available on Mondays. Participants must be aged 16 years or over. You may bring up to four guests, who must be over the age of 14, for a minimum donation of £20 per person. Because you will be working with animals and as this is an outside experience, the program will vary with the season and time of day. Sessions are offered in the morning, afternoon and early evening from May to September, and daytime only for the rest of the year. Sessions are limited and subject to prebooking and availability. Disabled participants are welcome; the site is accessible to all except in very wet weather when the grass surface may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
