Description
Get to grips with the fundamentals of this once widely used equestrian transport, and enjoy a special ride out with a multiple formation of ponies. Start off with a full safety briefing and meet residents of the stables (ponies, horses, driving cows and sheep, donkeys and other livestock). With the basic techniques of carriage driving from a trainer under your belt, try out the short obstacle course. Afterwards, the demo team illustrate exactly what carriage driving is all about while you get on the back step of a carriage, as they pull a multiple formation of chariot ponies, either out in the stunning countryside or indoors with speed and accuracy on show. The experience concludes with refreshments and a rosette to take home.
