Paragliding is one of the most thrilling flying experiences around and for anyone wanting to learn how to soar solo, this full day experience in East Sussex provides a great introduction. A full day at the centre makes it easy to learn in a fun group environment and, as each instructor can boast years of experience, you know you're in good hands! After familiarising yourself with the paragliding equipment on the ground, learn to safely take-off and land before handling the rig in the air by hovering just above the ground. After lunch, take these skills to the next level by progressing to flights from around 200 feet up the hill, soaking in stunning views while getting a real taste for the thrill of paragliding.
