In his own inimitable style, Drabble has created a menu packed with classic French cuisine made using only the best of British ingredients and drawing inspiration from the seasons. With experience in some of England’s most influential Michelin starred hotels and restaurants prior to his arrival at St. James Hotel & Club, Drabble combines his passion for great food with an exquisite edge to produce show-stopping plates every time. With just 26 covers and nine tables, the interiors and atmosphere are designed to reflect and complement Drabble’s menu style.
Your carefully compiled menu will be season dependent, with a focus on lighter dishes through summer into more rustic influences come winter. Your menu on the day may include the likes of Mousse Foie Gras, Assiette of Pork with Caramelised Apple Purée and Passion Fruit Soufflé.
