Your Prosecco has been painstakingly sourced by the experts at Prosecco-Ecco. Your host for the evening will be Prosecco-Ecco’s very own founder, Amanda. Having extensively toured Italy’s finest Prosecco regions, the quality of the produce you’ll enjoy on the day speaks for itself, with a variety of styles ranging from Dry through to Extra Brut and even still Prosecco. Amanda will provide insight into each glass, while you can ask any burning questions you might have about this world-famous tipple.
Dinner will come from The Grange Hotel’s fabulous kitchens. Plating up a set menu that includes the likes of Montgomery Cheddar Beignet and Roast Pork Loin, there’s something delicious on offer from the amuse-bouche right through to dessert.
