No longer a tradition reserved for the ladies; afternoon tea at the charming Hillthwaite Hotel has undergone a manly makeover. Dainty sandwiches and sweet delicacies have been replaced by hearty treats like Cumberland sausage Scotch egg and decadent chocolate truffles, but the most controversial twist of all has to be that tea – the very centrepiece of this great British ritual – can be swapped a cold pint of local ale. On a warmer day, you can enjoy your tea on the sunny terrace, which boasts stunning views over Lake Windermere and the Lake District Fells.
This voucher entitles two people to a gentlemen's afternoon tea at the Hillthwaite Hotel. This voucher is valid for 10 months, for two people. This experience is available Monday-Saturday, from 2pm-4:30pm. Minimum age is 18 years. Please note, this experience is not available from 21st November 2017 – 11th February 2018 due to a refurbishment at the venue. This experience is by reservation only. All dates are subject to availability. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at point of booking.
