This is all thanks to the restaurant’s collaboration with the world-renowned chef Elena Arzak (whose instruction gives the restaurant its name), and when you sit down to lunch or dinner you can expect a varied menu showcasing only the best flavours of the Basque country.
Your five courses will follow the Spanish tradition of appetizers, starters, fish, meat and dessert, so you’ll travel the whole length of a continental menu during your time at Ametsa.
