Take home around 15 – 20 pieces of your own handmade chocolate creations at a chocolate workshop for two. The premium chocolatiers host this fun workshop giving an insight into chocolate making and the art of creating fresh cream truffles. Be taught how to cool down molten chocolate for the perfect texture, before being treated to some scrumptious Florida orange and cocoa nib milk chocolate samples. Having learnt the basics it's time to cut, dip and decorate your own chocolate delights by filling them with truffle and choc fudge and making them look pretty with ingredients including coconut, white chocolate shavings and edible stars and hearts.
