During this half day class, you'll learn how to make vanilla or red velvet cupcakes from Xanthe's acclaimed recipe book ˜Eat Me!'. You'll cover creaming and folding techniques, and receive tips to making weighing and measuring easier, resulting in the perfect sponge texture. Once your cupcakes are baked, you'll get the change to decorate them using a variety of piping and icing techniques. Best of all, you'll get to take home your creations to show off to friends and family!
