Thanks to high demand from its students, Cookery School now offers a gluten free class. It teaches how to make delicious dishes without any gluten that don't compromise on flavour. The day begins with a hearty welcome breakfast. Then it's time to don an apron and learn how to create a host of tasty meals such as cheese souffle, mushroom ragout, pizza, fishcakes and more besides. There'll be plenty of time devoted to desserts too: discover how to make chestnut cake, upside down berry cupcake and chocolate sponge cake with whipped cream and sour cherries. At the end, enjoy all these along with matched organic wines. Cookery School is the only school of its kind in London to have been awarded the maximum three SRA stars for sustainability.
