Using simple ingredients like rice and fresh fish, vegetables and aromatic herbs and spices, you will create authentic, mouthwatering Thai cuisine, with a selection of dishes such as Thai Red Curry, Jasmine Rice, Fish Cakes, Spring Rolls, Chicken Soup and Galangal, all in one hands-on class.
This action packed cookery class will provide you with all the ingredients necessary to create these delicious dishes and the knowledgeable tutor will break down the details about all the herbs and spices so you can learn when to use them and what ingredients they work well with. This full day class is suitable for anyone who wants to better their understanding of Thai food. All that’s required is enthusiasm to learn and get cooking. The class will have a maximum of six participants, so you will receive plenty of one to one tuition for a worthwhile and informative experience.
