The chef on the day teaches the techniques of pasta making, step by step, in a fun and approachable way. Learn how to roll and cut long pasta such as tagliatelle, as well as finding out how to stuff ravioli. To complement those special new culinary skills, guests are also taught how to recreate sauces at home that include Genovese pesto, versatile tomato sauce, rich ragu and a classic carbonara.
