This beautiful region of Italy is home to some delicious dishes and you will learn all about them with expert tuition from Giancarlo Caldesi, who started the cookery school with his wife in 2005.
Giancarlo will introduce the menu, ingredients and techniques that you will be using. Everything you will need will be provided for you, so you can get stuck in and cook some stunning meals. You will learn to cook an array of recipes such as fresh pasta with clams, pizette, baked fish, seasonal vegetables, plus fabulous desserts such as gelato. Afterwards, you can sit down and dine on your delicious creations accompanied by a glass of specially selected regional wine.
