For some people, the zip wires are the best part of the Go Ape experience, which is why the company has created an adventure especially dedicated to them. Comprising of a network of seven tandem zip lines which fly by the mighty Douglas Firs that make up the stunning Grizedale Forest, you'll feel both exhilarated and awe-struck by this epic adventure. The experience begins with a 20 minute hike through one of Britain's most breathtaking woodland, during which you'll be taken for an off-road ride by the professional Go Ape instructors up winding mountain roads to the training zip be sure to bring your camera, the views are spectacular! In the training zone you'll get to grips with the equipment before commencing your Zip Trekking adventure for an experience you'll never forget.
This voucher entitles two people to entry for to the Go Ape Zip Trekking Adventure. This voucher is valid for 10 months, for two people. This experience is available week round and year round. This experience is only available at Grizedale Forest. Minimum age is 13 years. Minimum height is 1.4m (4'7). Maximum weight is 19.5 stones (125kg). This experience requires a degree of physical fitness. All dates are subject to availability. It is suggested that you wear something you don't mind getting grubby. You should also dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear with soles with good grips, buckles, laces or velcro. No sandals are allowed so you'll need closed toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back. You should leave valuable possessions at home. Most sites offer refreshment facilities but it is best to check online first. Feel free to bring along a picnic. You should allow 2 hours for this experience. Please note, this voucher is non-exchangeable and non-extendable.
