Nestled in the wild heart of the Lake District's Grizedale Forest, this exhilarating experience offers a chance to take in the sights and sounds of the area from way up high in the canopy. You'll embark on a 20 minute hike through some of the UK's most stunning scenery, followed by an off-road drive with an expert instructor up winding mountain roads to the training area. Once familiar with the equipment, you'll tackle a network of seven tandem zip lines, stretching across 3km of thick forest foliage. This is a day out you're sure to remember for many years to come.
This voucher entitles one person to entry for to the Go Ape Zip Trekking Adventure. This voucher is valid for 10 months. This experience is available week round and year round. This experience is only available at Grizedale Forest. Minimum age is 13 years. Minimum height is 1.4m (4'7). Maximum weight is 19.5 stones (125kg). This experience requires a degree of physical fitness. All dates are subject to availability. It is suggested that you wear something you don't mind getting grubby. You should also dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear with soles with good grips, buckles, laces or velcro. No sandals are allowed so you'll need closed toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back. You should leave valuable possessions at home. Most sites offer refreshment facilities but it is best to check online first. Feel free to bring along a picnic.
