Treat a family of Millwall fans to a guided tour of ‘The Den’ – the home ground of one of British football’s most famous teams. Beginning on board the team’s famous blue and white Routemaster bus, the tour kicks off with a warm welcome from the knowledgeable guide before continuing inside to visit VIP areas normally off-limits to the general public. These will include the directors’ box, the players’ dressing room, the press lounge, players’ tunnel, the dug out and even pitchside.
Climb up into The Barry Kitchener Stand and imagine the stadium alive with noisy excitement on match day, or huddle on the bench in the dug out and see the pitch from the manager’s point of view. Along the route a fascinating collection of memorabilia, photographs and silverware will be on display and there will also be an opportunity for fans to watch two fascinating videos about the history of the club and some of the personalities associated with it over the years. The tour will last approximately one hour and will finish in The Lions Store gift shop where fans can browse at their leisure.
