Having risen to fame at the River Cottage as Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s Head Chef, Tim is a pioneer of ethical, sustainable and locally produced food. Honing his skills under the tutelage of culinary luminaries the likes of Fergus Henderson, Marco Pierre White and Mark Hix, Tim went on to lead the VIP catering team for Ferrari F1 in Europe. Feeling out of touch with his corporate surroundings, Tim returned to his country roots with the River Cottage and launched a successful media career.
Each full day course offers guests something unique. Choose from Game Cookery or Artisan Food; you’ll learn how to cook amazing food in line with Tim’s ethical and seasonal ethos. You’ll enjoy lunch and refreshments throughout your thoroughly entertaining day.
