This experience is valid for ten months for two people and includes a day in the Novelli Academy kitchen with famous chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, a Champagne reception, wine tasting, lunch and refreshments throughout the day, a photograph and autograph session with Jean-Christophe, a Novelli Academy Masterclass certificate and an overnight stay in a nearby 5* hotel. The minimum age for this experience is 18. Courses are held from February – December and typically begin at 11am and end at 6pm. Please book at least for weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Please arrive no more than 30 minutes early for your appointment. Unfortunately, due to the building being a 14th century listed building, there is no disabled access available. Please notify the academy of any dietary restrictions upon booking. The masterclass will include a combination of demonstration and hands-on food preparation. Experience content and facilities are dependent on location. Please send a copy of your voucher to the academy upon booking and bring your voucher with you on the day.
