This 2 hour 30 minute course will send your taste buds to new levels as you devise your own alcoholic beverages including old fashioned favourites and adventurous new recipes. Follow the techniques of the skilled bartender as they teach you how to blend, shake and muddle with the art of mixology.
Afterwards you will get your hands dirty as the Master Chocolatiers show you how to you make your own rich dark chocolate truffles sharing the tricks of adventurous combinations using herbs, spices, essential oils and chocolate. You’ll then dive into dipping and decorating the smooth and rich dark chocolate truffles with decorations such as, white chocolate flakes, strawberry curls and honeycomb.
