It is situated in Livermead, close to Livermead Cliff Hotel with its luxury Orchid Restaurant overlooking Torbay and the harbour. About 10 minutes walk away is Torquay Harbour with its shopping, restaurants, cafés and nightlife. The Living Coasts attraction is on the harbour, and Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Kents cavern can be reached either by car or bus.
Livermead Sands, Corbyn's Beach and Torre Abbey sands are about 5 minutes walk away, as is the medieval Torre Abbey, which has recently been extensively restored. Hollicombe Beach is 5 minutes' walk west, and Preston Sands is a little further on.
The property benefits from a two parking spaces in front of the main house.

To maintain a family friendly environment, the Owners do not accept bookings from those under the age of 21, whether couples, same sex or mixed sex groups of that age. They reserve the right to withhold keys for accommodation if this condition is not adhered to.
